A family business since the first shop

Built for visionary projects

Founded on hard work, hands-on experience and a commitment to lasting results.

Bagi Tseren entered the stone industry at 22 as a project manager. Within a year he had opened his own shop; his wife Megan learned fabrication, ran scheduling and built the customer relationships. Today Prime Stone Design combines that craftsmanship with advanced technology and a talented team, creating custom spaces throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC.

Process

Five steps, in order.

The same sequence for a single vanity or a full residence. Nothing is cut before you have approved the layout on your slab.

    Consultation and design

    We help you select the right material, finish and layout for your space, in the showroom or on site.

  2. 02

    Digital templating

    Laser templating captures exact measurements, so the slab is cut to the real room, not the drawing.

  3. 03

    12K slab scanning

    Every slab is scanned at 12K resolution for precise 3D layouts and digital vein matching. You approve the layout on your actual stone.

  4. 04

    CNC fabrication

    Digital files go straight to the machines. Accurate cuts, clean details, consistent quality, no manual translation.

  5. 05

    Finishing and installation

    Hand-finished, polished, dry-fit in the shop and inspected before our own team installs it.
